GENERAL

At Valencia Bath Treats we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will endeavour to respond to your enquiries as quickly as possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the weight, colour and shape may vary slightly between products.

Payments are accepted via PayPal only. Please be advised that you can pay with credit card via PayPal and do not require a PayPal account.

Orders will be made and posted one the payment has been received.

 

POSTAGE

All bath treats are packaged in their own wrapping and will come secured with bubble wrap. We use Australian made biodegradable packing peanuts in the parcels which are safe for the environment and ensure your goodies arrive in one piece.


Australian Shipping
Orders are posted via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided once the parcel has been posted so you can track its whereabouts.


International Shipping
Orders for countries outside Australia are available via our Etsy store. Please visit our Etsy store here.

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If there is a manufacturing fault, we will refund or replace your item. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Valencia Bath Treats claims no responsibilities for misuse of our products.

We take a lot of care when packaging your parcels to prevent damage during transit. If there is an issue with your order on arrival, please contact us so we can discuss and we will deal with these on a case by case basis.

 
WHOLESALE

Wholesale orders are welcome. Please contact us for a price list or to place your order. Orders will be invoiced and will be posted out upon receipt of payment.
